Returns and exchanges due to natural grain patterns are not accepted.

We try our best to present the most realistic colors in the images.

However, the color of leather varies slightly under different lighting and screen conditions.

And it will naturally darken over time.

Buyers must have a basic understanding of leather colors.

The leather was not waterproofed.

Please keep your hands dry and clean during installation.

Avoid using in humid environments or in complex environments such as the open air.

Daily cleaning: Simply wipe away dust periodically with a dry, soft cotton cloth. Do not use damp cloths, alcohol, or chemical cleaners, as these may cause water stains or hardening on the leather surface.

Water treatment: Vegetable-tanned leather is susceptible to water damage. If it gets wet, immediately blot it dry with a clean cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Do not use a hairdryer to heat it, as this may cause the leather to deform and shrink.

Oil care: Leather absorbs human body oils when touched. If the environment is dry, you can use a very small amount of Lin's exclusive care oil or natural mink oil to gently wipe it once every six months to maintain its elasticity and luster.
